Grief Therapy and Counselling

I provide therapy to help people with processing grief and loss, including disenfranchised grief, complex grief, estrangement, and ambiguous loss.

Grief is an important human process that we will all experience at some point. It may be about death or bereavement, but it may also be about the loss of a childhood, a future, a version of yourself, a relationship, or anything else. It takes time and support to journey through. It can be hard to predict or make sense of, but you do not have to go through it alone.

Art therapy can particularly support grief work as it allows us to create rituals, express what cannot be said in words, and embody emotions in the materials we use.
